Since 2016, PJSC "Barsky Machine-Building Plant" has put into serial production the universal dividing-rolling machine ZH7-DRM for the production of bagel products, whose main advantage is control of the units using separate drives.
Description of Equipment
Thanks to new design solutions, the machine has improved performance indicators as well as other significant advantages. The most notable achievements are:
- weight reduction by more than 40%, and size reduction, allowing more machines to be used in a small area and increasing line productivity
- energy consumption reduced by 30%, amounting to 1.2-1.5 kW/h depending on the dough blank size being processed
- drive solutions significantly reduced noise level and overloads on moving machine parts
- possibility of smooth adjustment of cycles per minute from 10 to 22, maintaining machine productivity for different dough blank sizes
- possibility to change the number of rolling passes in a cycle, expanding technological capabilities during production
- all machine units are made of modern high-quality materials, using components from leading European manufacturers
- use of NORD (Germany) gear motors and frequency converters
The machine meets sanitary and hygiene standards. Ease of operation, maintenance and replacement of units, safety, and modern design make the machine convenient and simple to use with improved reliability; it can be used in production lines of various capacities.
