About the company
History of the company
On the basis of the workshops of the Bar Technical School of Mechanization, a repair and mechanical plant was created.
It is this date that is considered the beginning of the company's history. The main activity is the manufacture of parts and equipment for the needs of agriculture and the food industry.
The plant is developing along with the industrialization of the country, increasing production capacity, mastering the production of technological equipment for the canning and baking industry.
During World War II, the enterprise was destroyed. After the liberation of the city of Bar in 1944, the reconstruction of the factory began, which immediately joined the repair of tanks and equipment for the front.
In the post-war years, the plant quickly resumed operations, fulfilled the fourth five-year plan ahead of schedule. Production is being adjusted to produce food equipment and general-purpose mechanisms.
The company is growing rapidly, building new shops, implementing engineering solutions. An evening technical school is opened for the training of technical personnel.
The plant is mastering the production of eleven new machines and complexes for the food industry.
Production volumes increase by 1.7 times.
Products are exported to more than ten countries of the world — Bulgaria, India, Mongolia, Sudan, Czechoslovakia and others. The plant becomes one of the leading suppliers of food equipment in the USSR.
Period of transformation and privatization of the enterprise. The plant adapts production to the new economic conditions, expands the assortment — in particular, heating boilers and utility equipment.
The enterprise has been officially reorganized and registered as PrJSC "Barskyi Mashinobudovny Zavod" (EDRPOU 14307570).
The plant is modernizing the production base, launching serial production of solid fuel boilers, euro containers and pumping equipment.
The company is developing the direction of ecological solutions — the production of containers for solid household waste and waste sorting lines.
The company launched unique equipment for the production of bagels, which has no analogues in the world. This development was the result of the plant's own engineering research and combined the automation of the process of forming, cooking and baking products into a single technological line.
The plant continues to expand production, supplies products to more than 80 countries, has more than 180 certificates of conformity, combining the traditions of engineering reliability with new technologies.
