The machine is designed for producing a wide assortment of bagel products.
Description of Equipment
In the modernized machine, loads on the axes of the feeding rollers are distributed, the frame design is improved, the drive is moved inside the machine, adjustable supports are installed for height adjustment, sliding bearings are replaced with ball bearings, the appearance meets modern technical and aesthetic requirements.
The changes have improved operating and maintenance conditions, increased the service life of working parts, allowed quick installation of the machine in production lines, improved reliability and durability indicators, and simplified setup and maintenance work.
