The machine is designed for volumetric dosing of liquid food products with a viscosity from 0.4 N·s/m² to 8.0 N·s/m² into cylindrical bottles and jars (containers) of a wide range of "Twist-off" and traditional SKO types.
Description of Equipment
The machine features a modern design, is safe in operation; convenient for maintenance and use; drive with stepless frequency speed control, with functions for smooth start, stop, and overload protection; high level of automation and dosing accuracy, increased durability and maintainability. The machine is a carousel type with a through linear conveyor, cylinder-piston pair with special sealing, piston has two supports, original anti-drip device. Machine parts are made of modern high-quality materials.
The machine is set for one container diameter; for other container diameters, adjustment kits must be ordered. For neck diameter adjustment, various inserts are supplied together with the machine.
