Employees of PJSC "Barsky Machine-Building Plant" have successfully completed commissioning works at LLC "Ukrainian-Slovenian Enterprise "Bread Baking Complex "Kulinychivskyi"", in Kharkiv region, where universal dividing-rolling machines for bagel products Zh7-DRM have been installed.
During the works, modern universal dividing-rolling machines for bagel products model Zh7-DRM were installed and commissioned. This equipment, developed and manufactured at Barsky Machine-Building Plant, is distinguished by high productivity, precise dough dividing, and independent drives for individual units, which ensures flexibility in the production of bagels, drying rings, and other ring-shaped bakery products.
Installation and commissioning were carried out in full, the equipment operates stably and meets all technical requirements. This is another example of successful cooperation between domestic equipment manufacturers and large bakery complexes, contributing to the modernization of Ukraine's food industry.
